Our company is led by an experienced management team, and our quality of service is elevated by the expertise of our field land and title professionals. Our team has successfully managed countless land and title projects in the production and transmission of both conventional and renewable energy resources. Through our dedicated service and cultivation of lasting relationships, we have earned the trust of energy companies and property owners alike.

Kamron brings over 15 years of experience and industry knowledge to the team. He has managed countless land projects in the petroleum and renewable energy sectors across many regions in the U.S. Kamron is a Registered Professional Landman, an active member of AAPL and PBLA, and previously served as President of the Panhandle Association of Petroleum Landmen and Director to the AAPL.
Kamron is also a Co-Founder of Our Children’s Blessing, a non-profit providing financial assistance to families that have experienced infant loss. Kamron and his wife, Diana, reside in Midland and are the proud parents of 2 children.

Lane began his land career while living in his hometown of Amarillo, Texas, where he gained experience in title research, leasing, due diligence, and project management across multiple U.S. regions and basins. Prior to founding Fort Land & Energy, Lane was a partner at a land brokerage firm where he worked for nearly 7 years. Lane has lived in Midland, Texas since 2016 and has established lasting business relationships that promote the success of Fort Land & Energy.
Lane is a Registered Professional Landman and active member of the AAPL, PBLA, PBPA, and TREC. Lane is happily married to Neeley, and together they have three children.

Raised in Big Spring, Texas, Micah is a Permian Basin native. Micah has been working with Lane Fort since 2017 and has quickly risen through the ranks. Micah is primarily tasked with coordinating projects in the Permian Basin, but also has experience managing projects in the renewable energy space expanding to other regions of Texas. Micah works closely with clients and field personnel to ensure our clients’ goals are achieved.
Micah currently resides in Midland, Texas with his wife, Heidi, and their two sons.
